To whomever I spoke to today; I am sorry I forgot your name already, I want to say a huge thank you.   I called today to ask a question about my stove and was given a suggestion about what the problem might be and we tried it and it worked.  My stove is now working fine.  You could have told me that you would need to come out and check things out and charged me the going rate...etc...but you were kind enough to talk to the technician and gave us another suggestion.
 
I applaud you and will surely recommend your company to all of my friends and family...
